Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All protective films, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging unless the item arrived faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact CROWNVII within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our investigation.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Refund Times

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item was received damaged or defective.
